MetaboLinkAI is an SNF- and ANR- funded multinational research project (2025–2029) dedicated to revolutionizing metabolomics data interpretation. By combining cutting-edge artificial intelligence with comprehensive knowledge graphs, we aim to accelerate discoveries in biomedical and environmental sciences.
By integrating advanced AI methods, comprehensive knowledge graphs, and real-world use cases, the project aims to transform how researchers analyse and leverage mass spectrometry data. This integrated approach paves the way for significant breakthroughs in metabolomics research. Ultimately, this multi-pronged strategy not only overcomes current limitations but also opens new avenues for innovation in both biomedical and environmental sciences.
The Human-Centered Health AI research group contributes to MetaboLinkAI’s work packages for enhancing the analysis of metabolites in cellular extracts, and for developing innovative AI methods to enhance data interaction, handle uncertainty, and support informed decision-making in metabolomics.
