Inoculating Young People Against Harm from Unrealistic AI-Based Body Images
Overview
In this DIZH-funded project, we aim to combat the harmful effects of generative AI models further exacerbating the already unrelastic beauty standards on e.g. social media platforms.
Methods and Aims
We are creating a short video to inform (young) people on social media about the exacerbating effect in AI-generated images. This will then be shown to a focus group, the results evaluated and then used to improve the effectiveness of the video. We hope to increase digital resilience.
